Thursday was a good day. Winning the Ryanair Chase at 12/1 and then following up with Penhill at an early 14/1 was rounded out by several long priced each way results (bet365 paid on 5/6 places – hint!).
Our Naps have been by far the worst of our selections this week, but we hope to turn that around on Gold Cup Friday!

There’s racing in the UK and Ireland on Sunday, with meetings at Chelmsford City, Navan, Southwell and Thurles. The meeting which was due to take place at Carlisle today has been abandoned owing to unfit ground.

Gordon Elliot’s Group class flat recruit from Sir Mark Prescott looked a cut above in the 2017 John Shortt Legends race at Punchestown.
The 8 year old gelding was on the bridle the whole time, before being gently squeezed by old hand Norman Williamson to win impressively over 1m6f.
