Cheltenham Festival Tips – Friday 15 March 2019

Cheltenham Festival 2019 comes to a thrilling conclusion on Friday 15 March with Gold Cup day.

Thursday was an incredible day right here, which saw the winner in the opener added to with a few “hit crossbar” seconds at very long prices, before the incredible 50/1 success of Eglantine Du Seuil consolidated this week into a clear and unassailable profit.

Friday’s card is tough, but there’s some really good potential available. The soft side of good going, and expected showers, could make all the difference though, as there are some very fine margins here. Also, this year’s Gold Cup is a mouthwatering prospect, with a lot of very classy horses, all coming here in some kind of form.

A day to enjoy with a scattering of small stakes each-way efforts for us – and one big NAP.

Wednesday was a very good day, with 4 winners from the 7 races, including a NB with Envoi Allen taking out the Champion Bumper, and the highlight of the day being an overnight 40/1 shot, William Henry swooping late to lift the Coral Cup.

Thursday is another excellent prospect for racing fans, as Cheltenham Festival 2019 serves up another card of high grade racing, today.

Cheltenham Festival Tips – Wednesday 13 March 2019

Tuesday we watched as Cheltenham Festival 2019 got off to a great start, and we landed a nice touch in the Champion Hurdle, despite Apple’s Jade failing to put her best foot forward, when our each-way selection won the big race. A difficult day though, all round, as we saw a few fancied runners failing to complete. That’s racing, and the entertainment is likely to return (after an 8am inspection) on Wednesday.

Cheltenham 2019 Tips: Tuesday 12 March

Cheltenham Festival 2019 kicks off on Champion Hurdle Tuesday, 12th March, on what is looking like it will be Good to Soft Going.

This year, there’ll be tips for every race, which are created from speed ratings we store on all UK and Irish runners. We’ve found, over the years, that our tips are way above average, particularly in Each-Way markets. So, rather than selecting 1 horse per race, where the prices and fields are feasible (5 & 6 place payouts are the norm @ Cheltenham), we’ll provide a handful of Each-Way selections at double (and sometimes triple!) figure prices.

Find the value, and enjoy the sport.

Please feel free to share on Facebook, Twitter, etc – and also leave a comment at the bottom. Agree, disagree, and complain!

Here’s to a successful and safe Cheltenham Festival!
